Metal repair & modifications

Cracked, broken, and worn metal parts repaired, reinforced, or modified, often faster and for less than a replacement.

CRACKED MOUNTING BAR · WELD REPAIR

Get back to work, faster

When a bracket cracks, a frame breaks, or an attachment doesn't quite fit, waiting weeks for a replacement isn't an option. We look at the damage, tell you honestly whether a repair makes sense, and fix it right. Often the repaired part ends up stronger than the original.

Because we can cut, form, weld, and machine in one shop, we can rebuild a part completely if needed: replacing a damaged section, re-boring a worn hole, or adding reinforcement where it failed.

What we repair

  • Cracked or broken brackets, mounts, and frames
  • Equipment and implement parts
  • Trailer frames, hitches, and tongues
  • Worn holes and threads, re-bored, re-tapped, or bushed
  • Modifications: adding mounts, extending, shortening, or reinforcing

Repair or replace?

Repair makes sense when…

the part is expensive, hard to find, or discontinued, and the base metal is still sound.

Replace when…

the metal is badly corroded or cracked in many places, or the part is an inexpensive standard item.

Fix the cause, not just the crack

If a part cracked once, it may crack again. A gusset or doubler plate can address why it failed.

Clean it if you can

Removing grease and dirt before you bring a part in makes inspection and welding faster.

How to get a repair quote

Send clear photos of the damage and of the whole part, or bring it in during business hours. Tell us what the part does and what happened. We'll let you know if a repair is worth it before we start.

How fast can you repair a part?

It depends on the damage and our schedule. Call or send photos, and we'll tell you honestly how quickly we can get to it.

Do you repair farm equipment?

Yes. We repair and reinforce implement parts, brackets, hitches, and frames. Bring the part in, or send photos first.

Can I visit your shop?

Absolutely. Stop by during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m.) to talk through your project, bring in a part, or see our capabilities firsthand. Calling ahead helps make sure the right person is available.

Need something fixed?

Send photos of the damage or bring the part in. We'll give you a straight answer.
